A little about me.  I have been teaching at NBHS now for 19+ years. I have two undergraduate degrees from Grand Valley (Broadcast Journalism & Secondary Education) as well as two master's degrees. (Master's in Teaching and School Administration)  I love to travel and have been fortunate to visit Jamaica, Mexico, The Caribbean, England, France, Germany, Japan, and Austria.  Three summers ago I traveled to Northern Europe where I spent time in 8 different countries including two days in Russia. In the summer of 2015 I was lucky enough to have an opportunity to spend 3-weeks over in Japan working for the International Scouting Organization at the International Scouting Jamboree.  My son Brenden and I had the privilege of joining this event that saw over 38,000 scouts attend from around the world who represented 153 countries.  The following is a picture of me during one of the goofy moments in the oppressive 110-degree heat.
