Immunization requirements for incoming 6th graders!
Your child must be up-to-date on vaccinations before school begins.
Immunization Clinic Hours are listed below!!!
The State of Michigan changed the immunization requirements in the 2010-2011 school year. All 6th graders and new students that enroll with North Branch Area Schools have new immunization requirements mandated by the state. Please review the attached flyer and verify with your medical provider that your child has had ALL the required shots. If you find your child needs updates, you may contact your health provider or the Lapeer County Health Department for the shots. http://lchd.lapeer.org/Immunizations.php
NOTE: Sixth graders will be required to have these vaccinations before they will be allowed to attend sixth grade so you may want to be talking about this with your healthcare provider!!!!
