New Immunization requirements begin for current 5th graders!  Please plan ahead!  Your child must be up-to-date on vaccinations before school begins when they are a sixth grader.

The State of Michigan changed the immunization requirements in the 2010-2011 school year. All 6th graders and new students that enroll with North Branch Area Schools have new immunization requirements mandated by the state. Please review the attached flyer and verify that your child has had ALL the required shots. If you find your child needs updates, you may contact your health provider or the Lapeer County Health Department for the shots.

Lapeer County Health Departmen is offering extra walk-in days for Back-to-School Clinics on Tuesday, july 24, 2013 and Monday, August 27, 2013 from 9:30am to 3:30pm.

If you have any questions please contact the school office for more information at 810-688-3284.

NOTE:  Next year's sixth graders will be required to have these vaccinations for sixth grade so you may want to be talking about this with your healthcare provider!!!!
