Darth Paper Strikes Back:  An Origami Yoda Book by Tom Angleberger.

Last year, Ruth Fox Students fell in love with Tom Angleberger's first book, The Strange Case of the Origami Yoda.  In this hilarious sequel, Harvey, Dwight, Tommy, and Kellen are back.  Harvey has hatched a plan to get Dwight and his Origami Yoda finger puppet suspended from Ralph McQuarrie Middle School. Will Tommy & Kellen create a strong encough case file to bring Dwight back or will Harvey and his Darth Paper finger puppet prevail?
