The Board of Education is seeking your input about possible cost-saving changes to how the district provides transportation for the 16-17 school year.  Under consideration is a three tiered bus system where high school students would ride the one tier, Ruth Fox Elementary and middle school students would be transported on second tier and elementary students would be transported on the third tier.  This concept is projected to save significant transportation dollars ($160,000 to $220,000) due to needing fewer buses.

The savings does come with significant changes to how families have long been accustomed to their children being transported.  In order to fully consider the merits of altering how the district provides transportation, the Board of Education is seeking your feedback through a simple survey.  Click in the link to respond  The Board will review the results in advance of the 7 pm November 9, 2015 Board of Education meeting.
